Deerlake Ranch construction advisory

Construction is delayed until summer 2007

Grading, retaining walls, terrace drains, storm drains, sewer, water, curb, gutter, sidewalks, and streets are going to take place over a 24 month time frame commencing early summer 2007.

There will be blasting on the project, but the developer has promised to share information about all scheduled activities, so we can advise equestrians and keep you safe.

A temporary bridge will be constructed adjacent to the existing old bridge/dam on Saugus Road. Protective railing will also be installed on the old bridge/dam sometime before grading starts, so the bridge may be closed for a short period of time. After the temporary bridge is completed grading will commence.

In the meantime be careful on the fire road as there are now a few trucks moving around the Deerlake Ranch site!

The developer has promised to keep one of two trails open at all times. See Map below. Once grading starts signs will be posted advising which trail is currently open. Open trails may change daily.
