The West Valley LAPD Division is forming a 'West Valley Area Mounted Neighborhood Watch Group.'
The West Valley LAPD Division would like to meet with horse owners to learn if they are interested in participating in a mounted volunteer neighborhood watch here in the West Valley.
Meetings will be at the West Valley Station, 19020 Vanowen St., Reseda (between Tampa and Wilber).
